Intercept (PBS) Blocking Buffer is the blocking buffer of choice for near-infrared fluorescent applications when using a phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) system. Contains no mammalian proteins for the lowest cross-reactivity with mammalian antibodies. Excellent choice for biotin-streptavidin detection. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including Western blots, In-Cell Western™ assays, and protein arrays. Formulation Intercept (PBS) Blocking Buffer is a ready-to-use blocker formulation in PBS. It contains no sodium azide, making it suitable for both near-infrared or chemiluminescent detection. It is stored at 4 °C and is also available in kits with Immobilon®-FL PVDF and nitrocellulose membranes. |
